We have much lower overheads than larger firms and we pass those savings onto you. We aim to recover your costs wherever possible.
You will be given a written quotation at the outset of your case and if you are found not guilty then we normally get a costs order from the court so that your fees are repaid. Sometimes your motor insurance company will pay your legal fees and this is particularly so for serious cases such as death by dangerous driving.
